It is big useful for breathing and meditation. Surely some simple standing pose could help mother to build connection with baby. Such as Tadasana, Vrksasana, Ardha Chandrasana,Savasana, Virabhadrasana II, Utthiata Trikonasana etc.

Also have some caution see following details.

1.Stop doing twists that press against your belly.Because twists give your body the singal to squeeze and expel.

2.Don't do poses that don't feel good-physically and intuitively.

3.Don;t practice in a room that's hotter than your body temperature(about 37 C)

4.You may find that some of your usual poses need to be modified or eliminated and some you had avoided can be reintroduced, depending on how you feel.
