how to breathe during yoga asanas

Hi Beauty girls,

Yes, breathing is very important for practicing yoga.You need do correct breathing when do yoga.

Normally, it normally do  Ujjayi Pranayama for the whole of yoga asana. What is Uijayi?

It means the process of complete expansion of the lungs and swelling of the chest(see my video)

It must do exhale when do any forward pose. Because exhale could come out airbags and protect your body and not hurt when practice yoga.
